Shipping Policy

want every Martina Luxury Hair order to arrive beautifully and on time.
This policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle your order from
the moment you place it to the moment it reaches your door.
Please review this before purchasing, as completing an order constitutes your agreement to these terms.
All
orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding
major U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin
processing the following business day.
Standard order: 3–7 business days
Peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions): 7–14 business days
Custom or special-order products: Up to 21 business days
If you have a specific event or appointment, we recommend ordering well in advance to account for processing and transit time.
Order Cancellations:
Because
our team begins fulfillment quickly, cancellation requests must be
submitted within 1 hour of order placement. To request a cancellation,
email support@martinaluxuryhair.com immediately with your order number
in the subject line.
Cancellation requests received after 1 hour
cannot be accommodated, as the order will likely have entered
fulfillment. Once shipped, our Returns Policy applies.
Delivery timeframes below begin after order processing is complete and do not include weekends, holidays, or customs delays.

delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the
destination country. We have no control over customs timelines and
cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

We are able to ship to addresses that differ from your
billing address. If you’re sending a gift or shipping to a workplace,
simply enter the destination address at checkout.
Address changes
are not permitted after an order has been submitted and entered
fulfillment. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact
us within 1 hour at support@martinaluxuryhair.com and we will do our
best to accommodate the correction.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or unverified mail-forwarding services. PO Boxes are accepted for USPS shipments only.
For
high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you’re
unavailable during delivery hours, you can arrange a package hold at
your carrier’s local facility by contacting them directly with your
tracking number.
We strongly recommend recording a short video
while opening your package for the first time. This protects you in the
event of any shipping damage or discrepancy and is the most effective
way to support a claim.
If
the carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the
package will be returned to our facility. In this case:
• A $35 return-to-sender fee will be applied
• A new order must be placed to receive your products, subject to current pricing and availability
• No refund will be issued for the original order
To
avoid this, please ensure your delivery address is accurate and that
someone is available to receive the package, or arrange a carrier hold
in advance.
International
customers are responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and
import fees assessed by their country upon arrival. These charges are
determined by local customs authorities and are outside our control.
We
are not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures by customs. If a
package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or voluntary
refusal at the border, a $35 return-to-sender fee will be applied and no
refund will be issued.
We recommend checking your country’s
import regulations for hair products before placing an international
order. Your local postal authority or customs office can provide duty
rate estimates.
Once
a carrier confirms delivery, Martina Luxury Hair is not responsible for
packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after that point. This
includes packages left with a doorman, neighbor, or building manager.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
1. Check around your delivery location and with building staff or neighbors
2. Wait 24 hours — carrier scans sometimes update before physical arrival
3. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number
4. Contact us at support@martinaluxuryhair.com so we can note the issue on our end
If
your package arrives visibly damaged, document the condition with
photos or video before opening and report it to the carrier within 24
hours.
We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout for
high-value orders. We recommend it, especially for express and
international shipments.
Martina Luxury Hair is not liable for the following shipping-related circumstances:
• Carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, or high-volume periods
• Customs processing delays on international shipments
• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
• Loss or damage after confirmed delivery

Our liability for any shipping-related claim is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

Because hair extensions are
intimate, hygiene-sensitive products, our return options are limited by
nature. We've designed this policy to be straightforward and fair — so
you always know exactly where you stand.
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds on completed orders.
For
unopened, factory-sealed products, we offer store credit under the
conditions below. This is not an exchange program — it is a courtesy
extended to customers who have not yet opened their order.
To be considered for store credit, all of the following must be true:
• Your request is submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
• The product is completely unopened with the factory seal intact
• All original packaging, ties, bands, and labels are undamaged and in place
• The product shows no signs of handling, use, or alteration of any kind

The following are not eligible under any circumstances:

If
we receive a return that does not meet the eligibility requirements
above, the item will be returned to you at our cost via USPS Priority
Mail, and no store credit will be issued. We'll provide a clear

the rare event that you receive a product with a legitimate defect, we
will make it right.
• Excessive shedding (more than 15 strands during a shake test of an unopened bundle)
• Severe matting or tangling in factory-sealed, unopened packaging
• Evidence of chemical processing or burning present in an unopened product
• Wrong item shipped — incorrect texture, length, or product type

The following are normal characteristics of raw, unprocessed human hair and do not constitute defects:
• Minimal shedding (up to 15 strands is normal for raw hair)
• Color variation from website photos — monitors render color differently
• Natural color inconsistency within bundles — raw hair is not chemically standardized
• Texture or wave pattern variation
• Length variance of up to ±0.5 inches
• Hair that requires washing and conditioning to achieve optimal appearance
• Frizz, dryness, or tangling after installation, washing, or styling
• Styling or installation challenges

Certain quality concerns that cannot reasonably be identified until
after careful inspection, co-washing, or handling may be reviewed at
Martina Luxury Hair's sole discretion. Approval of such claims is not
guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances,
supporting documentation, and product condition.
Many
concerns can be resolved with a proper co-wash and deep conditioning
treatment. Raw hair is reactive — this is normal and expected. We
recommend following our care guide before reaching a conclusion about
product quality.

• Damage resulting from heat styling, chemical processing, or improper care after receipt
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Carrier delays, customs processing, or weather-related shipping disruptions
• Lost packages after confirmed delivery
Our
maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of
the product(s) in question. We are not liable for consequential,
incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
To
protect all of our customers and maintain the integrity of our brand,
we reserve the right to verify orders, request additional documentation
on high-value purchases, and restrict accounts with patterns of abuse.
Customers
who initiate payment disputes for orders that were legitimately
delivered and consistent with this policy may have future order
